Go to Aggie in Draynor Village and ask her to make something to make skin lighter. She will make paste for you.

alis-rescue-junkie.gif  Ready for a trip to the exotic land Of Kajarma and beyond? Put on your traveling clothes, because you will be doing alot of Runescape roaming on this fun and exhausting Quest !

YOU WILL NEED:

55 GOLD PIECES

SOFT CLAY  ( Soft clay can be obtained by mining clay ( Try the Dwarven Mines ) and using water on it. Or buy at Grand exchange. )

BRONZE BAR   ( you can easily get a Bronze bar by smelting a copper and tin ore in a furnace.  Or buy at Grand Exchange )

ROPE  (Or  15 gp.  Or 4 Balls of Wool -  Either can be traded for a rope during Quest )

ASH   ( Ash can be obtained by killing an Imp or Lesser demon, or by simply starting a fire and letting it burn out ! )

POT OF FLOUR  ( You can get a pot of flour by going to a windmill ( there’s one north east of Draynor Village) and use a grain on the hopper ( located at the top floor) operating  it and putting the flour in a pot. Or, buy from the Grand Exchange )

WATER  ( Water can be obtained by using a Jug or Bucket with a sink or fountain. You can also fill a bucket by using itwith a well. )

REDBERRIES  ( Redberries can be obtained by going south of Varrock, east of Dark Wizards. There is a red berry bush you can pick for the berries along the perimeter of Varrock’s south wall. )

2 ONIONS  ( There is an Onion Patch south of Falador, East of Port Sarim right next to Melzar’s Maze. )

PINK SKIRT  ( A pink skirt can purchased from the clothing store in Varrock for 2 G.P. )

RUNESCAPE QUESTS ~ PIRATE’S TREASURE ~ Part Two

RUNESCAPE QUEST GUIDES ~ Free Quest Help, Runescape Guides, Tips, Walkthroughs, and Help No Comments »

pirates-treasure.gif                    Time to head back to the mainland!

Now you will need the white apron. They are available in Varrock or by taking it off the hook in the fishing shop in Port Sarim, as detailed in part one.

There is a food Market in Port Sarim. Go there and talk to a guy named Wydin. You will not be able to enter unless you work there, so ask him if you can have a job. Now put on your apron and go into the small room in the Market. Search the Crates in there until you find your bottle of Rum that should have been shipped over from Kajarma.

Return to Redbeard Frank who will take the Rum from you and give you a chest key.

This key is the key to a chest in one of the Bars/Taverns in Varrock called the Blue Moon Inn. Go to Varrock ( You may want to run over to the bank in Draynor Village which is right by you and get Varrock Teleportation Runes to save your legs ) and find the Blue Moon Inn.

Look forLook for a small room with a chest. Use the key with the chest. You will receive a pirate message. When you read the pirate message it will tell you “Visit the city of the White Knights, in the park Saradomin points to the X which marks the spot”. Easy enough… Of course the note is talking about Falador in the park.

Once you get to Falador look for a small house with a spade inside it (close to the park), if you have not already gotten a spade.  Enter the park and you will see a statue of Saradomin pointing west.

pirates-treasure-junkie.gif  Use your spade and dig at what looks like a plus sign, which is the “X ” that marks the spot to dig!

A Gardener will tell you to leave the flowers alone and the crazy bastard will attack you. You can kill the gardner if you like. Alternatively you can run away. Dig in the same spot again to finish the quest and get the “Pirate’s Treasure”.

YOU WILL RECIEVE:

*  2 QUEST POINTS

*  THE TREASURE CHEST  ( CONTAINING A GOLD RING AND A JEWEL )

*  THE ABILITY TO “RIGHT CLICK” ON THE SEAMEN IN PORT SARIM AND CHOOSE THE “PAY FARE” OPTION THAT WILL AUTOMATICALLY SEND YOU ON YOUR WAY AND SAVE YOU LOTS OF HASSLE WHEN TRAVELING TO KAJARMA!

pirates-treasure-1.gif Arrgh Mateys! This fun and easy Quest will give you a simpler way to get on with your trips to Kajarma and some loot!

YOU WILL NEED:

120 GP

A SPADE ( Can be found in Draynor Manor in the room on the ground floor where you exit )

A WHITE APRON ( Can be bought from the clothing Store in Varrock or for free in the Fishing Shop hanging on the wall )

You will not need any armor or weapons on this quest, ( unless you want to carry a weapon to kill the Level Four Gardener at the very end ) So you will probably want to shed all your heavy stuff so you can run around more efficiently.

Start the Quest by heading to ol’ Port Sarim. ( May as well grab the apron now ) and locating RedBeard Frank.

redbeard-frank.gif  Frank here will tell you of his thirst for Rum if you ask him about finding treasure.

A few steps South-West of Redbeard Frank there is a ship that goes to North Karamja. Ask either Captain Tobias, Seaman Thresnor, or Seaman Lorris if you can take a trip to Karamja. This will cost you 30 gold.

Get out of the ship and exit the dock.

luthas.gif  Talk to Luthas who can be found in his house just west of the dock, and ask him for employment on his plantation. He will ask you to collect 10 bananas and put them in a crate.

Now pick 10 bananas from the trees a few steps west in the plantation area. Buy some Karamja Rum from the pub/tavern near the docks where you landed. Use the

with the banana crate on the side of the house , then put 10 of your freshly picked bananas into the crate. Speak to Luthas, who will pay you 30gp for the shipment, then speak to the custom’s officer, and pay 30gp to leave Karamja. Make sure you do not teleport out, as the rum will disappear if you do.

RUNESCAPE QUESTS ~ THE KNIGHT’S SWORD ~ Part Two

RUNESCAPE QUEST GUIDES ~ Free Quest Help, Runescape Guides, Tips, Walkthroughs, and Help No Comments »

the_ice_cave_small.jpg   TIME TO VENTURE INTO THE DANGEROUS ICE CAVES TO GET BLURITE ORE FOR SIR VYVIC’S SWORD!

Before venturing into the Ice Cave area, be sure you are armored up and carrying food.

IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO MAKE A SECOND BLURITE SWORD TO KEEP FOR YOURSELF, YOU WILL NEED TWICE THE BLURITE ORES AND TWICE THE IRON THAT THURGO ASKS YOU FOR !!

Return to Thurgo and give him the portrait you snuck from Sir Vyvin’s cabinet in part one of this Quest. He’ll tell you he needs 2 iron bars and a special ore called Blurite to make the sword. To get the Blurite ore you’ll have to go into the Ice Caves under the cliff. Enter the Area near Thurgo’s house that is marked with a red exclamation point.

ice_giant.gif ice-warrior.png  Be prepared to face monsters as strong as Ice Warriors ( Lvl. 57 ) and Ice Giants ( Lvl. 53 ) Make your way to the very back of the dungeon.

knights-sword-blurite.png Find a blue rock and mine it; this is Blurite  (mine two if you want a second sword).

To get iron bars, mine 5 or 6 iron (10 or so if you want two swords). The mine near Rimmington or the Dwarven Mines are decent spots since they’re relatively close to the rest of the quest. Then smelt them at a furnace (the one in Falador is closest). Also bring at least 5 or 6 (10 or so if you want two swords) iron ore because there is a 50% chance it will be too impure.  Or , you can simply buy the bars at the Grand Exchange.

________________________________________________________________

Bring the Blurite ore and the iron bars to Thurgo. He’ll give you a Blurite sword. If you wish to make two swords, now is the time to do so. Wield or drop the sword Thurgo just made you, and ask him for another. He should make you one. Give the sword to the Squire in White Knight Castle to complete the quest.

YOUR REWARD:

12,725 SMITHING EXPERIENCE

1 QUEST POINT                                                                CONGRATULATIONS !!

RUNESCAPE QUESTS ~ THE KNIGHT’S SWORD ~ Part One

RUNESCAPE QUEST GUIDES ~ Free Quest Help, Runescape Guides, Tips, Walkthroughs, and Help No Comments »

sword-rs-junkie.gif   This Quest will challenge your bravery, as you must enter the Ice Caves to retrieve a special ore needed to create a new weapon and will send you roaming all around the free world, so get some teleportation runes ready, or prepare to do a lot of walking!

Start the Quest by going to the grand city of Falador and entering the White Knights’ Castle and speaking to the Squire there.

YOU WILL NEED:

At least level 10 mining , a pick axe, and a redberry pie.

* I would suggest at least steel or better on the pickaxe.

 * The Redberry pie can be made yourself by making dough and using redberries harvested outside of the southern walls of Varrock. If you are not of the cooking level to bake these ( Refer to the Cooking Guide on the main page of the Runescape Site itself ) you should be able to purchase one at the Grand Exchange for a reasonable price. Or if you happen to be cooking level 32 or better you can buy one already made in the Cooking Guild.

Upon entering the White Knights’ Castle in Fally, the Squire will be roaming around in the main courtyard as you enter.

castle.jpg knights-sword-squire.png  Talk to the Squire in here and work throught the conversation options. He will tell you about how he lost Sir Vyvin’s sword. Offer to make him a new sword. He will tell you that only Imcando Dwarves can make it. He will eventually tell you that Reldo the librarian would be able to tell you where to find an Imcando Dwarf.

________________________________________________________________

knights-sword-reldo.png  RELDO:

Reldo is located in the north section of Varrock Castle. Ask him what he knows about Imcando Dwarves. He will tell you where to find one, and suggests that you bring him a redberry pie. Bring a pickaxe along with you at this point.

knights-sword-thurgo.png  THURGO:

Once you have acquired a redberry pie, head to Port Sarim by either teleporting to Fally or hoofing it over there. Head South from the Port and go all the way south to the end of the peninsula to the little house belonging to Thurgo.

Talk to him and offer him the pie. He’ll take it and eat it. Talk to him again. Explain to him about the sword and he’ll tell you that you need to find a picture of it.

________________________________________________________________

Return to White Knight Castle and talk to the Squire. He’ll tell you about a portrait of Sir Vyvin’s father in a cupboard. Go to the ladder in the room as far east as you can go and still be in the castle. Climb it to reach the second floor ( First floor if your a Brit) and go west a bit until you reach a dining room with a staircase. Climb the stairs, and you should end up in a big room with Sir Vyvin.

knights-sword-cupboard.png   Take the door to the south and close it. Make sure Sir Vyvin isn’t in the room. Open the cupboard and search it to get a portrait.

Return to Thurgo and give him the portrait. He’ll tell you he needs 2 iron bars and a special ore called Blurite to make the sword.

NEXT: MINING BLURITE

RUNESCAPE QUESTS ~ IMP CATCHER

RUNESCAPE QUEST GUIDES ~ Free Quest Help, Runescape Guides, Tips, Walkthroughs, and Help No Comments »

imp-rs-junkie.gif Ahh… The Elusive Imps!

This exeedingly simple yet frustrating Quest will have you slaying Imps all day long! Or it used to anyway. You are simply in search of four colored beads. In the past, the only way to get the beads was to kill Imps until they dropped beads of the four colors, or to try and buy them from other players.

With the advent of the Grand Exchange in Varrock, however, if you have trouble finding them by killing these little beasties ( which you lower levels may want to do anyway ) you should be able to put a bid in at the Exchange and get them pretty easily.

To start, find the Wizard’s Tower on the World Map.

It’s West of Lumbridge and South of Draynor Village. You have to cross a long bridge over the water to get there.

Once you get there, go to the third floor of the tower and find  Wizard Mizgog.

wizard-mizgog.gif  Mizgog here will tell you about a Quest if you ask him politely.

It seems a red, a black, a yellow, and a white magical bead set has been stolen from him by the Imps that are under the control of another wizard, an evil one named Grayzag.

grayzag.gif  So go out and collect all the beads the bad ol’ Wiz has had his Imps pilfer from poor Mizgog.

If you choose to collect the beds by slaughtering Imps, the small red demonettes can be found running around these TWO MAIN IMP areas of Runescape:

OUTSIDE THE WALLS OF FALADOR  NEAR THE SOUTH EXIT OF THE CITY.

AROUND THE VOLCANO ON KAJARMA TO IT’S WEST SIDE ON THE RIM.

They also run about in Lumbridge and NEAR THE WILDERNESS EDGE IN VARROCK PAST THE CHURCH/ALTAR.

When you get all four magic beads, take them to Mizgog and collect:

1 QUEST POINT

RUNESCAPE QUESTS ~ GOBLIN DIPLOMACY ~ Part Two

RUNESCAPE QUEST GUIDES ~ Free Quest Help, Runescape Guides, Tips, Walkthroughs, and Help No Comments »

After talking to one of the Goblin Generals in Goblin Village, open up the old World Map and scope out the path to Draynor Village. Easiest way is south through Falador and East past Port Sarim. In one of the houses there you will find a friendly witch named Aggie.

aggie.gif   When you speak with her, she will offer to make Dyes for you. These can be used to dye capes in the future if you care to - the plain capes bought at clothing stores or dropped by Highwaymen, Dyes will not work on team capes.

But for now as you go into Falador on your way to Aggie, stop and collect the first item you will need:

WOAD LEAVES - these can be purchased from Wyson the Gardener in Falador Park, on the East side of that city.

wyson-gardener.png  When speaking with Wyson here, offer him 20 gold pieces for woad leaves, and he will give you two. Otherwise you will end up paying 15 GP each for them, and why waste money?

You will need two other items to complete your dyes:

2 ONIONS -  You may as well go and grab these now that you are in pretty close proximity to the onion patch. Just go out the south exit of Falador an head southwest to Melzar’s maze and pick a few of them.

REDBERRIES -

At some point you are going to have to head over to Varrock to collect redberries to make red dye that you will mix with yellow dye that Aggie will make from the onions. So either teleport or walk to the south side of Varrock, on the outside of the south wall along the perimeter. You will need a couple of batches for this quest and you will need some for another quest in the future to make redberry pie, so I suggest grabbing a bunch and storing them in your bank if you have extra space in the bank.

Now that you have all three ingredients you need, head back to Draynor Village and talk to Aggie.

__________________________________________________________

DYING THE ARMOR:

Of the three Goblin Armors you collected in part one of this quest you will Dye only two of them. The third will stay brown, its original color.

At Aggie’s house in Draynor Village, having brought two onions, two woad leaves and two bunches of redberries and 20 coins, ask AGGIE to make you a red, a yellow and a blue bottle of dye.

making-dyes.gif   Once Aggie has made the three dyes for you.  Mix the red and yellow dyes by “using” them on each other to make the orange dye!

Now “use” the blue dye on one set of Goblin Armor.

Now “use” the orange dye on one set of Goblin armor.

Now take all three sets ( blue, orange, and one untouched brown ) back to the goblin generals.

__________________________________________________________

When you talk to the Generals, they will give you a couple of fashion-show cutscenes featuring a goblin named Grubfoot, who will model the armors, finally deciding that they like the brown one best, which is the one they had all along ( Stoopid Goblins! )

Speak to them again and you will have completed the Quest and you will recieve:

5 quest points !

200 crafting experience !

A gold bar !

CONGRATULATIONS !!

rs-junkie-goblin-general-2.gif   Settle the Differences between Two Hard Headed Goblins!    rs-junkie-goblin-general-1.gif

Looking at your trusty World Map, which you open by clicking it on the top of your Runescape game screen, find the Kingdom of Asgarnia, the area where Falador is, and look to where it says Goblin Village. This is at the most northwest section of the free world. Following the road that leads out of the north gate of Falador and Past Doric’s House ( See Doric’s Quest guide if you have no clue what I’m talking about )

GOBLIN VILLAGE is a great place for low level Runescapers to train as well as start this Quest by talking to General Bentnose ( the Red walking goblin shown above ) or General Wartface ( the green one ).

This rather simple quest will give you a whopping 5 Quest points for your trouble and can become fun exploration in a place you may not have stumbled onto yet in your noobly travels.

Anyway these two charming ( not ) fellows are bickering about which color of Goblin Armor is the best to celebrate the new goblin century. ( Whatever that’s about )They want you to bring them three color choices for the new armor they will be wearing.

IN REALITY it will end up being the one they already have!

Your First Step is to collect 3 sets of Goblin armor.

There are two ways to do this:

1 ) Search crates around the village until you get 3 sets.

2 ) kill goblins until you get 3 drops of Goblin Armor.

________________________________________________________________

NEXT :  you have to go about Dyeing 2 sets of  Goblin Armor.

RUNESCAPE QUESTS ~ ERNEST THE CHICKEN ~ Part Two

RUNESCAPE QUEST GUIDES ~ Free Quest Help, Runescape Guides, Tips, Walkthroughs, and Help 2 Comments »

ernest1.gif    Let’s help Ernest with his transformation back into a man!    ernest-changing.gif

Okay, you’ve got the Rubber Tubing and the Pressure Guage. Now it’s time to get the Oil Can so you can give this stuff to Professor Oddenstein, so he can finally fix his Machinery and restore Ernest, so he may return to his girlfriend!

manor1.png All right, on the ground floor, go to the room marked red on this map. you will need to find a secret entrance, which is found by searching the bookscases on the western wall of this room.

To get back out when you are ready, you will find a LEVER on the other side of the secret entrance.

Once you get into the room, climb down the stairs. You will be in a dungeon-like area with gated doors.

You’ll see a room with the oil can to the west, to get to it you must complete the maze/puzzle through the north door.

This can be a bit of a frustrating little ordeal, so take a deep breath and just keep trying it until you get it right! Pull the marked LEVERS and go through the corresponding doors as follows:

Pull Levers A and B and go through the north-east door.

Pull Lever D, go through the south-west door and then the south door.

Pull Levers A and B again, go through the north-west door, then the west door and then the north door.

Pull Levers E and F, go through the east door and then the east door.

Pull Lever C, go through the north-west door and then the west door.

Pull Lever E, go through the east door, the south door, and then the next south door.

Go through the west door.

Once the maze is completed you can get into the OilCan room. Take this and the other two items you got during the quest to the Professor.

He will then fix the machine and return Ernest to a man again. Ernest will reward you with a measly  300  gold coins, but, for your trouble you will receive FOUR QuestPoints!

                                                 CONGRATULATIONS!!
